Refund policy

At Glow Rituals, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been used
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

We also cannot accept returns for reasons related to change of mind after use.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Shipping for returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
